If you had an accident where people (incl. yourself) got hurt or third party vehicule/property was damaged, follow these steps in order given:
- you must call the 117 (police in Switzerland), abroad call 112
- call the emergency services 144 if necessary
- if there is a risk of fire or explosion : call the fire department 118
- if possible, document the accident, use your mobile phone's camera
- do not accept any claims or demands by others,
- as soon as possible, submit a detailed, written report to IEU with pictures of damage to vehicle, property, etc.
- you are personally required to fill out an insurance claims form at your earliest convenience at our office (Y25-G-66B).
