How to rent a car

If you're interested in renting a vehicle from our department, follow the instructions below.

If you have rented a car with us before, the process is simple. Just send an email to car@ieu.uzh.ch with the following details and cc your P.I.:

• Date of the rental
• Reason for the rental
• Preferred vehicle (optional)

Once we receive your request, you will get a confirmation email with all the necessary details, including vehicle availability and pickup information.

Important Information:

• Vehicle reservations operate on a "first come, first serve" basis.
• You are responsible for checking the vehicle's condition and ensuring its cleanliness after use.
