Research interests
Molecular phylogenetics and systematics is the centrepiece of my research projects. Presently, I am particularly interested in investigating the phylogenetic relationships in two crucial families of flies: the Dolichopodidae (or long-legged flies) and the Scathophagidae (dung flies).
